When you start to see your breasts developing, you might consider wearing your beginning bra, or talk to your mom about getting one. Also as breasts develop, the nipples start to become more noticeable through your shirt, so you could benefit from wearing a training bra at this stage. It is also not a bad idea to wear a bra before the breasts develop so you can get accustomed to the feel of the bra early. Generally, it is advised to have some experience wearing a training bra before moving to the regular underwire style. This way the transition is more comfortable for you, as you are already used to wearing something underneath your shirt. Of course, get permission from your mom or guardian before wearing your new bra.
Wearing a bra will help support and protect your breasts. Often, you can get help in a department store or special bra store to ensure the right fit.
