    The most effective type of exercise for you, however, depends a bit on your goals. If you want to loose weight or become more physically fit you’ll want to do aerobic exercise. These are exercises that increase your heart rate. Try brisk walking, running, or aerobics like Zumba, or playing an active sport like soccer or basketball.

    For increased muscle tone you can try lifting weights or working out with resistance bands. You’ll want to be sure to learn proper form and techniques to prevent any potential injuries. To increase your flexibility try doing yoga.

    If you are just trying to stay active, some of your favorite hobbies like dancing, or playing active video games can also be a form of exercise.

    Overall, the most effective exercise is the one that you’ll actually do! There are many ways to add exercise to your life. Try all different kinds and find an activity that you enjoy doing, so exercise is fun, and not just work.
