Yes. Eating breakfast is important and signals your body to wake up. Your body and brain will feed from this food, helping your brain, metabolism, and body to get moving and keep going all day. Thus teenagers who eat a healthy breakfast eat less calories during the day and make better food choices. They also do better in school overall.
